The Kansas City-area homes of Chiefs stars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were burglarized last month within 48 hours of each other, PEOPLE can confirm. Kelce was robbed of $20,000, according to police.

WDAF has confirmed with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office that a burglary report was taken on Sunday, Oct. 6 at Mahomes’ residence in Belton, about 20 miles outside Kansas City. The incident was reported by a bodyguard, according to authorities.

Kansas City Chief players Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes each had their Kansas and Missouri homes burglarized in October. Officials say $20,000 was stolen from Travis' home.
